Almost House, 2010. Collage of paper, with rusted metal and weathered glass.
This is the house that I almost grew up in, in Windsor, Illinois. My grandmother keenly wanted my grandfather to buy it when they moved to town, but he said it had too many structural problems. Accepted in the Maryland Federation of Art's "Eye of the Beholder: The Fine Art of the Found Object, Oct-Nov. 2011
Framed 24.5" wide x 20" tall (image 17.5"x14).
